Student portal overview

The student portal is your personal view of school life. Everything you need — the work you have been set, the results you have earned, your timetable, and what your school is announcing — is in one place, available whenever you sign in.

Signing in

1. Open your school’s login page. Your school will have given you the link — it is specific to your school.
2. Enter the username or email and password your school issued.
3. If you were given a temporary password, you will be asked to choose your own password on first sign-in.
4. You land on your Dashboard.

If a lock screen appears after you have been idle for a while, enter your password to carry on where you left off.

Your dashboard

The dashboard summarises what needs your attention: upcoming work, recent announcements, and alerts your school has posted. Treat it as your starting point each time you sign in rather than navigating straight to a single area.

Academic areas

• Courses — the subjects you are studying this term.
• Assignments — work set by your teachers, with due dates. Open an assignment to read the instructions and submit your work.
• Online Tests — computer-based tests. Some require an access code your teacher gives out at the start of the session.
• Learning Resources — notes and materials your teachers have shared.
• Results — your published report cards, available to view and download once your school releases them.

Day-to-day school life

• Attendance — your record of presence and absence.
• Behavior & Rewards — notes recorded by your teachers, including positive ones.
• Timetable — your weekly lesson schedule.
• Exam Timetable — dates and times for examinations.
• Calendar — school events and key dates.

Fees and payments

Fees & Payments shows invoices raised for you, what has been paid, and what is outstanding. Depending on your school, payment may be handled by a parent or guardian from their own portal account. Where you can pay yourself, you can pay online or upload evidence of a transfer.

School services

Your school may also enable areas such as Health, Cafeteria, Hostel, Library, Transport, and Clubs. If one of these is not in your menu, your school has not enabled it — that is a school decision, not a problem with your account.

Staying informed

• Newsletters — official communications from the school.
• Activity Feed — updates from your class and school.
• Memories — photos from class activities and events.

Tips

• Check assignments early in the week so deadlines do not surprise you.
• Submit before the due date rather than in the final minutes.
• Keep your password private. Your portal contains your personal school record.
• Sign out on shared devices.

Common issues

My results are not showing

Results appear only after your school publishes them. If classmates can see theirs and you cannot, ask your class teacher.

An assignment has disappeared

It may have closed after the due date. Speak to your subject teacher.

I cannot sign in

Check you are on your school’s login page and that your details are correct. If you are still stuck, ask your school office to reset your access.

A subject is missing from my courses

Your school may not have attached that subject to your class yet. Tell your class teacher.
