Help centre / Student & parent portal

Parent portal overview

Switch between children, follow progress and attendance, message the school, and stay on top of fees.

The parent portal gives you a clear view of your child’s school life without needing to visit the office for routine information. You see progress, attendance, behaviour, fees, and school communications in one place, and you can act on them directly.

Getting started

  1. Open your school’s login page using the link the school provided.
  2. Sign in with the details the school issued to you.
  3. If you received a temporary password, choose your own password when prompted.
  4. You arrive on your dashboard, showing a summary for your child.

If you have not been given access, contact the school office. Parent accounts are created by the school and linked to your children’s records.

The child switcher

If more than one of your children attends the school, use the child switcher to move between them. Everything on screen — results, attendance, fees, behaviour — changes to reflect the child you have selected.

  1. Find the child switcher near the top of the portal.
  2. Select the child you want to view.
  3. Check which child is selected before acting on fees or submitting anything, so it is applied to the right record.

If a child is missing from the switcher, they have not been linked to your account. The school office can link them.

Following your child’s progress

  • Results — published report cards, viewable and downloadable once the school releases them.
  • Attendance — daily attendance, so you can see patterns rather than only hearing about problems.
  • Behavior & Rewards — notes recorded by teachers, including achievements.
  • Assignments — the work your child has been set and its due dates.
  • Timetable and Exam Timetable — the weekly routine and examination dates.

Fees and payments

Fees & Payments lists invoices for the selected child, showing what is outstanding, overdue, or paid. You can pay online where your school offers it, or upload evidence of a bank transfer or cash payment for the school to approve. Receipts and statements can be downloaded once payments are recorded.

Communicating with the school

  • Messages — contact teachers directly where your school has enabled it.
  • Family Requests — submit requests the school has made available through the portal, so they are logged rather than lost in conversation.
  • Newsletters — official school communications.
  • Activity Feed and Memories — class updates and photos. Where your school allows it, you can share photos for the class teacher to approve.

Tips

  • Check in weekly rather than only at report time. Small issues are easier to address early.
  • Confirm the selected child before paying an invoice.
  • Read newsletters in the portal — they remain available even if an email is missed.
  • Keep your contact details current with the school office so notifications reach you.

Common issues

I can only see one of my children

The other child is not linked to your account. Ask the school office to link them.

Results are not available

Results appear only after the school publishes them for that term.

An invoice looks wrong

Contact the school office. Administrators adjust fee structures and invoices; the portal shows what the school has raised.

I paid but the invoice still shows as outstanding

If you uploaded evidence, the school needs to approve it first. Allow time for the office to review, then check again.

What’s next

If you have fees to settle, read the guide to paying fees and downloading statements.
